Tabula rasa is a Latin term that means blank slate. John Locke, the 16th century philosopher who coined the term compares our minds to a blank slate, waiting to be filled with experiences and ideas. This magazine is a blank slate, filled with the ideas and experiences of students around the world. As a highschooler and a teenager, reflection is not always easy, and there aren’t many places where you can share your ideas. Tabula Rasa Magazine is a place where any student can share any ideas they have about any philosophical idea, and have it published where everyone can see.
